Leadership is hard. Revolutionary thought, right?
Whether you realize it or not, you are a leader. You may lead at work, so it’s obvious. Maybe you serve on a church staff, like me, so you feel the pressure to lead. Maybe you struggle with how you lead at home, or you found yourself in charge of a sports team for the first time. Some way, some how, you are a leader.
3 Question Leadership is built to help you expand your leadership influence.
I mainly cover three subjects in my posts here. First, I share leadership principles I have picked up over the years in the hopes that my experience will help you. Second, I share ministry specific thoughts, mostly having to do with youth ministry, hoping to present a new idea or thought to encourage you. Lastly, I share random thoughts I’ve been wrestling in my mind, hoping the processing with which I have been struggling will ignite passion in you. In addition, you will find guest posts, links to books and podcasts, and various other ideas I have run into along the way or that have significantly shaped my journey.
But the bottom line is this: I want YOU to be better for having come to my blog. I want YOU to expand your leadership influence. If you’re here, we are in this together, and I am grateful you have invited me along.
